I am Kelly Ross-Kent.

I have an overarching desire to be of service to humanity by helping leaders thrive. I believe culture always comes from the top, and that healthy leaders create healthy societies.

Organisations can be the catalyst to change the world if they create a culture that takes time to support and invest in the journey of finding the strengths of their people. By listening and being adaptable to redesigning roles accordingly, a win-win environment between the company’s needs and the individual's intrinsic motivation is achieved.

Acting as a bridge between current reality and the infinite world of possibility within the leader, I find purpose and meaning in facilitating this transformation by releasing limiting beliefs and behaviours of thinking, feeling and acting.

I assist in facilitating the emergence of one’s higher self through courage and expanded personal vision, allowing what is unconscious to become conscious.

I am an experiential teacher motivated by the path of enlightenment, using relevant tools like the Enneagram to guide leaders towards personal growth and personal truth, to ultimately thrive in their truth. Living a life of meaning, purpose and impact, the leverage for the leader and for the company was always within them.

I can assist in releasing this untapped potential.
