Return & Refund Policy

Our counselling sessions are a professional service based on booked time. Because time cannot be returned or resold, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be non-refundable.

If an error occurs with your booking or payment, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.
